Consumer scenarios and user structures are diversifying
Corporate procurement remains the largest source of demand, accounting for 53.8% in 2025, with IT internet, fintech, and professional service companies averaging a single procurement price of 2,860 yuan. The proportion of individual consumers increased to 46.2%, with an online purchase penetration rate of 89.6%. The combined GMV of JD.com and Tmall platforms reached 8.37 billion yuan, accounting for 62.1% of total retail sales across all channels. Geographically, the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations contributed 68.4% of the national consumption of high-quality office chairs, with Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing standing out in particular.

The market competition landscape is diversifying, with local brands rising
The market includes international high-end brands such as Herman Miller and Steelcase, domestic giants like Yongyi and Henglin, as well as local innovative brands such as Sihoo and Hbada. In the 2025 professional ergonomic chair market, Herman Miller and Haworth together accounted for 21.1%, while Sihoo and Hbada together accounted for 59.4%, demonstrating the rapid catch-up of local companies in terms of technological iteration and supply chain responsiveness.
