I. Installation Steps for Regular Office Chairs

1. Install the Five-Star Base and Wheels: Turn the five-star base upside down and insert the five wheels one by one into the wheel holes of the base. Ensure the wheels are securely installed and gently shake them to check for looseness.
2. Insert the Gas Cylinder: Insert the gas cylinder (with the thick end facing down) into the center hole of the five-star base and gently press it until it is fully embedded. Ensure the gas cylinder is perpendicular to the five-star base.
3. Secure the Base Plate and Seat Plate: Align the base plate (including the height adjustment components) with the screw holes at the bottom of the seat plate and fix it with four long screws. Make sure the screws are tightened to prevent the base plate from wobbling.
4. Connect the Backrest and Seat Plate: Align the backrest with the seat plate using connecting brackets (metal connectors) and secure the brackets on both sides with screws. Ensure the angle between the backrest and the seat plate is perpendicular and stable.

II. Installation Steps for DJ-22 Computer Chair

1. Assemble the Five-Star Base and Gas Cylinder: Turn the five-star base upside down, insert five casters, and then insert the thick end of the gas cylinder into the five-star base and press to secure it.
2. Secure the Armrests: Align the armrests with the screw holes on both sides of the seat cushion and fix them with eight large screws. Use a wrench to tighten them one by one to prevent the armrests from tilting.
3. Install the Tray: Align the tray with the center hole of the seat cushion, fix it with four large screws, and tighten them. Then insert the gas cylinder into the round hole of the tray and press it down.
4. Connect the Backrest and Recliner: Unscrew the reserved screws on both sides of the backrest, align the recliner (the component that adjusts the backrest angle) with the holes on the seat cushion, and fix it with four screws and tighten them. Then align the entire backrest and recliner with the seat cushion and fix them with four screws a second time.
5. Decoration and Headrest: Connect the decorative cover of the seat cushion and backrest with four small screws, snap on the side caps (to hide the screws), and finally install the magnetic headrest.

1. Assemble the Five-Star Base and Gas Cylinder: Similar to the DJ-22 model, install the casters first and then insert the gas cylinder.
2. Secure the Tray: Align the tray with the holes on the seat cushion, fix it with four fine screws, and tighten them. Then insert the gas cylinder and press it down.
3. Install the Armrests: Unscrew the nuts and washers that come with the armrests, align the armrests with the holes on the backrest, and then put on the washers and nuts one by one and tighten them to ensure the armrests are level.
4. Secure the Backrest: Align the backrest with the holes on the tray, put on the washers, and fix it with three coarse screws. After tightening the screws, check if the backrest is stable.

Precautions:

• Tighten the screws in stages to avoid over-tightening at once, which may cause the screws to strip.
