Computer Office Chair Assembly
The assembly of a computer office chair generally follows the steps below. There may be differences in installation details for different models, but the overall logic is similar, usually starting from the bottom up:

Install the casters and gas lift This is the basic step of assembly. First, install the casters one by one onto the chair base, ensuring that each caster is firmly installed to avoid looseness during subsequent use. Taking the S800 computer chair as an example, you need to insert the five wheels into the five-star base one by one. After installing the chair base, place the gas lift vertically into the center of the chair base. For the S800 computer chair, insert the thicker end of the gas lift into the five-star base and press it gently to make a tight connection between the gas lift and the chair base, providing stable support and height adjustment functions for the chair.
Secure the base plate and seat The base plate is a key part that connects the seat to other components. Fix the base plate to the seat with screws. For the S800 computer chair, use four fine screws to fix the tray (base plate) to the cushion, and then use a wrench to tighten the screws one by one to ensure a firm connection between the base plate and the seat, which can bear the weight of the human body and various movements.
Connect the backrest and seat After installing the seat, connect the backrest to the seat. Taking the S800 computer chair as an example, align the backrest with the screw holes on the tray, first put the gaskets on the screws, then use three thick screws to fix the backrest to the tray, and tighten the screws one by one with a wrench. This step should ensure a tight connection between the backrest and the seat so that the backrest can provide stable support during the use of the chair.
Install the armrests and headrest Finally, install the armrests and headrest. For the S800 computer chair, align the armrests with the screw holes on the backrest, first put the gaskets on the armrest screws, then use nuts to fix the armrests on both sides of the backrest, and tighten the nuts one by one with a wrench. The installation of the headrest is usually relatively simple. Just insert the headrest into the corresponding slot or fix it with screws according to the instructions.
