Differences in Prices of Company Office Chairs

Admin October 08, 2026

There are indeed differences in the prices of company office chairs, primarily influenced by factors such as type, material, functionality, and brand.

In terms of type, simple office chairs are relatively inexpensive, typically ranging from 100 to 300 yuan. These chairs have a simple structure and basic functionality, mainly meeting basic sitting needs, and are suitable for scenarios where the requirements for office chairs are not high and the budget is limited. Mid-range office chairs are priced between 300 and 1000 yuan, with certain improvements in design and functionality. They may feature better ergonomic designs, providing some support for the waist and neck, and are made of relatively higher-quality materials, suitable for most ordinary office scenarios. High-end office chairs are priced above 1000 yuan, often using high-quality materials and featuring more comprehensive ergonomic functions, such as adjustable armrests, headrests, and lumbar supports, which can better conform to the body's curves and provide a comfortable sitting experience, suitable for individuals with high requirements for office comfort, such as corporate executives.

Material is also an important factor affecting price. For example, imported high-quality eco-friendly leather chairs have higher material costs, with prices around 450 yuan; while ordinary plastic chairs have lower material costs, with prices only around 100 yuan. Different materials have differences in texture, durability, breathability, etc., leading to different prices.

In terms of functionality, office chairs with more functions are usually more expensive. Office chairs with multiple adjustable functions can be personalized according to the needs of different users, providing more precise support, and their prices are significantly higher than those of chairs with single functions.

The impact of brand on price cannot be ignored. Different brands of office chairs have differences in market positioning, R&D costs, and brand premiums. For example, Loctek's products are priced between 1500 and 2000 yuan, while Euro's computer chairs are priced around 1000 to 1400 yuan. These brands, relying on their technological advantages, quality assurance, and brand influence, have relatively higher prices.
