The installation process for fixing a company office chair typically includes the following steps:

1. Install the five-star base and wheels:
   First, place the five-star base steadily. Align the wheels with the holes on the base, press or rotate firmly to secure them, ensuring the wheels are installed firmly and rotate flexibly. This step is the foundational support structure of the office chair, so it is essential to ensure that each wheel is tightly connected to the base to avoid wobbling or detachment during subsequent use.

2. Install the gas lift and seat base:
   Align the thicker end of the gas lift with the central hole of the five-star base, place it vertically, and press down gently to ensure full contact between the gas lift and the base. Then, place the seat base on the cushion, align it with the screw holes, and screw in the screws 3-4 turns at a time (to avoid misalignment caused by tightening all at once), then tighten them one by one to ensure a secure connection between the seat base and the cushion.

3. Install the backrest:
   Choose the installation method based on the backrest design:

• If the backrest needs to be snapped into a tray, align it with the tray slot and press firmly until you hear a 'click' sound, indicating it is in place;
• If the backrest needs to be fixed with screws, first align its bottom with the installation positions on the armrests of the cushion, use 2 screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets, then align the back of the backrest with the installation holes on the cushion brackets, and use tools to lock and tighten the screws, ensuring a secure connection between the backrest and the cushion.

4. Install the armrests:
   Press the button below the armrest surface, insert the armrest into the holes on the armrest brackets, and release the button after hearing a 'click' sound. Check if the armrest can adjust its height or angle flexibly. If the armrests are fixed, simply align them with the holes and insert them, ensuring there is no wobbling.

5. Install the headrest (if applicable):
   Place the headrest in the middle at the top of the backrest, insert screws through the holes of the fixing clips, and tighten the screws until the headrest is tightly connected to the backrest. Some headrests may need to be adjusted in angle before fixing, so refer to the product manual for specific instructions.
