Company Office Chair
Company office chairs are chairs equipped for convenience during daily work and social activities, and when purchasing, attention should be paid to aspects such as size, chair type, material, functionality, and safety.

Size Adaptability: Ergonomic office chairs should be selected based on an individual's height and body type. The seat height should ensure that both feet can rest naturally on the ground without being suspended; the seat depth should leave space for the back of the knees to prevent compression of leg nerves; taller individuals should pay attention to the height of the backrest and the adjustment range of the headrest to ensure adequate support for the neck and waist.
Chair Type Selection: Match the functional design according to sitting habits. When primarily sitting upright for office work, focus on the supportiveness of the lumbar support, the firmness or softness of the seat cushion, and the adjustability of the armrests to reduce pressure on the lumbar spine and shoulder-neck area; if frequently reclining for rest, pay attention to the range of motion of the backrest and the adjustment method of the base to ensure stability of the center of gravity when reclining and avoid the risk of tipping over.
Material Characteristics: Mesh fabric offers strong breathability, suitable for summer or prolonged use, but attention should be paid to the elasticity and durability of the mesh; the firmness and enveloping feel of sponge seat cushions vary greatly, and selection should be based on personal preference while also considering their resilience and resistance to deformation; leather models (such as PU leather or genuine leather) are mostly used for executive chairs and have a more upscale appearance, but note the issue of poor breathability.
Functionality and Safety: Check whether the weight-bearing capacity meets usage requirements to avoid structural damage due to overloading; the adjustment functions should cover core parameters such as seat height, backrest angle, and armrest height, and be easy to operate; before installation, check the completeness of accessories and assemble according to the instructions; the after-sales terms should clearly specify the warranty period and repair responsibilities to reduce risks during later use.
Quality Issue Warnings: In recent years, multiple batches of office chairs have been recalled due to structural defects, such as backrest breakage and bolt failure, posing risks of falls or injuries; substandard quality of gas springs may lead to explosions, and products that have passed certifications such as SGS and BIFMA should be selected; some products have issues such as excessive formaldehyde emissions and non-compliant flame retardancy, which may pose health risks with long-term use, and detection reports should be checked when purchasing.
