Classic Office Chair

The Classic Office Chair, also known as the Nefil Chair, is a high-end ergonomic office chair designed and developed by Ergonor, a Taiwanese chair manufacturer, in 2008. As a successor to the Ergohuman chair, it boasts significant advantages in design philosophy, functional design, and material selection.

Design Philosophy

Innovative improvements have been made to address the shortcomings of previous models, incorporating intelligent backrest curvature technology to overcome issues such as limited recline angles, unsynchronized armrest tilting, non-adjustable seat tilt, and forward-backward sliding of armrests. Additional features like a fixed reclining footrest have been added to meet users' needs for rest during work breaks, with an overall design that emphasizes attention to detail and enhanced humanization.

Functional Design

1. Intelligent Backrest Curvature Technology: The backrest, from the headrest to the lumbar region, conforms to the slightly S-shaped curve of the human neck and waist, providing better support for the neck, back, and waist. The backrest has a larger recline angle, up to 145 degrees without tipping over.
2. Headrest: Adjustable in height and tilt angle, it supports the necks of individuals of different heights, effectively relieving neck fatigue.
3. Armrests: Adjustable in height, forward-backward movement, inward and outward rotation, providing support for the arms and effectively relieving shoulder fatigue.
4. Backrest: Adjustable in height, allowing for adjustable lumbar support to effectively support the waist for individuals of different body types.
5. Seat Cushion: Adjustable in forward-backward movement, catering to the needs of overweight individuals and those with longer legs who require a deeper seat cushion to disperse thigh pressure; the seat tilt angle is also adjustable, with the back of the seat cushion raised and tilted forward to distribute pressure from the tailbone to the thighs.
6. Backrest Recline: The backrest can recline, allowing users to lie down and rest when tired; it can be locked in place, and the recline tension can be adjusted for optimal comfort during rest for different individuals.

Material Selection Concept

Embracing health and enjoying a green lifestyle, the product series fully embodies humanity, ergonomics, non-toxicity, and environmental friendliness. The five-legged base, backrest frame, and seat cushion main support frame are all made of solid aluminum alloy, molded through high-temperature melting and die-casting, ensuring resistance to deformation, strong stability, high pressure resistance, sturdiness, and durability. The outer frame is made of PP material, known for its hardness, strong impact resistance, wear resistance, and high melting point.
