Child Assembly of Office Chair

When children assemble office chairs, they can generally refer to the installation steps of children's chairs, but it must be carried out under adult supervision to ensure safety.

Preparation Before Installation

Before starting the assembly, carefully check the list of office chair accessories to ensure that all the necessary parts are complete, such as chair legs, cross braces, seat surfaces, backrests, screws, wooden plugs, footrests, universal wheels, foot nails, gas rods, cushions, armrests, chair posts, and backrest brackets. At the same time, prepare appropriate tools, such as screwdrivers, for use during the installation process.

Specific Installation Steps

• Building the Basic Structure: If it is an installation method similar to that of the CH 25 4.22 children's chair, first install wooden plugs in the small holes of the chair legs. This step can increase the stability and durability of the chair legs. Then, align the holes and install the cross braces to ensure a tight connection between the cross braces and the chair legs, providing a stable support for the subsequent installation of the seat surface.
• Installing the Seat Surface and Backrest: Place the seat surface on the built basic structure and use screws to tighten and fix the panels in sequence, so that the seat surface is firmly installed on the chair legs. Then, install the backrest and also use screws to fix the backrest to the chair body to ensure the stability of the backrest, allowing children to lean on it comfortably when using it.
• Installing Other Components: If the office chair is equipped with components such as footrests, universal wheels, and foot nails, you can refer to the installation steps of another children's chair. First, install the footrest, adjust it to the appropriate position, and fix it well. Then, install the universal wheels to facilitate the movement of the chair. Finally, install the foot nails to fix the chair when it does not need to be moved. Next, install the gas rod, which is a key component for adjusting the height of the chair. Ensure that it is installed correctly and firmly. Then, install the cushion, armrests, and chair post. Place the cushion on the seat surface, install the armrests, and connect the chair post to the chair body. Finally, install the backrest bracket to further enhance the stability of the backrest.

Safety Precautions

During the assembly process, children may encounter some difficulties due to their limited strength and experience, and they are also prone to injury due to improper operation. Therefore, there must be an adult supervising and assisting to ensure a safe and smooth installation process.
