Backrest Design: The backrest of the Chengwu training chair olm447 adopts a 450mm wide mesh backrest paired with a PP lumbar support. The mesh design not only provides excellent breathability, effectively reducing the stuffiness caused by prolonged sitting and enhancing comfort, but also offers a certain degree of elastic support that conforms to the natural curve of the human back. The PP lumbar support provides additional support to the lower back, helping to maintain proper sitting posture, reducing lower back pressure, and preventing fatigue and injuries caused by prolonged sitting.
Seat Construction: The seat part utilizes a 5cm thickened high-resilience molded foam. This foam offers good elasticity and support, evenly distributing body pressure to provide a comfortable sitting experience and maintaining its shape even after prolonged use. The seat base is made of a PP+GF15% dustproof shell. The PP material provides high strength and toughness, while the 15% glass fiber reinforcement further enhances the rigidity and durability of the base. Leg Material and Craftsmanship: The chair legs are made of Q235 carbon steel pipes, which have high strength and toughness, enabling them to withstand significant weight. The front legs have a thickness of t1.8mm, while the rear legs have a thickness of t1.5mm. Through reasonable thickness design, the chair legs ensure strength while maintaining overall stability and lightness. The surface is treated with a powder coating process, which not only enhances the appearance of the chair legs but also effectively prevents rust and corrosion, improving their service life.
Writing Board Features: This training chair is equipped with a writing board made of high-quality PP+30% glass fiber reinforced thickened panel. The combination of PP material and glass fiber gives the writing board high strength and hardness, making it resistant to damage. The writing board can be flexibly rotated and stowed away. When not in use, it can be folded up to save space; when in use, it can be extended to provide convenience for writing or placing items.
