Changsha Office Chair Purchase

Looking to purchase office chairs in Changsha, you can choose between new or second-hand products based on your needs. Here are the details:

I. New Office Chairs The Hunan Jiangbaisheng brand offers a variety of new office chairs and related combination products suitable for different scenarios:

1. Hunan Jiangbaisheng JBS400 Reclining Computer Chair: This is a multi-functional adjustable swivel chair for home, office, and gaming use. It supports backrest adjustment for lunch breaks and is suitable for employees or students. Price: 158 yuan per chair (minimum purchase of ≥100 chairs). Produced by Hunan Baisheng Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd., it offers high cost-effectiveness and is suitable for bulk purchases.
2. Office Desk and Chair Combination Products: The Jiangbaisheng brand also provides multiple office desk and chair combinations, such as the JBS581 (4/6-person computer desk combination, 1850 yuan per set, minimum purchase of ≥100 sets), JBS733 (2/4/6-person employee desk combination, 800 yuan per set, minimum purchase of ≥99 sets), etc. These combinations include office desks and matching chairs, suitable for unified corporate procurement. However, note that the term 'meter' marked on some products may be a typo for 'set', and specifications need further confirmation.
3. High-End Office Furniture: If you need to purchase chairs配套 (matching) for boss desks or supervisor desks, you can consider combinations like the JBS841 (1080 yuan per set, minimum purchase of ≥100 meters), JBS969 (1380 yuan per set, minimum purchase of ≥199 meters), etc. However, it is necessary to clarify whether the chairs are sold separately or must be purchased as a set.

II. Second-Hand Office Chairs You can contact second-hand merchants through platforms like 58.com to get more flexible options:

1. Merchant Resources: Companies such as Changsha High-Tech Development Zone Tutuxiangshang Training School Co., Ltd. and Changsha Huangshi Furniture provide second-hand office chair recycling and sales services, covering categories like boss desks and chairs, office cubicles, and conference tables. These are suitable for companies with limited budgets or those needing to quickly replenish furniture.
2. Advantages and Precautions: Second-hand products are generally cheaper than new ones, but you need to inspect the chair's structural stability, wheel flexibility, and fabric wear on-site. It is recommended to prioritize merchants that offer after-sales service and request a purchase receipt.

Purchase Recommendations:

• When purchasing new office chairs in bulk, contact Hunan Baisheng Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to confirm inventory and delivery details.
• For second-hand purchases, verify merchant qualifications through the platform to avoid the risks of private transactions.
• If you need to buy chairs individually rather than as a combination, inquire further with the merchant about whether they support split sales.
