The Champion office chair can be installed by referring to the following general office chair installation steps:

Preparation

• Familiarize with the manual: Carefully read the chair installation manual, match the chair parts with the screws one by one, and plan the assembly according to the required chair size. Different models of Champion office chairs may have differences in size and part details, and accurate matching can avoid installation errors.
• Prepare tools: Get the necessary tools ready, such as screwdrivers, Phillips screwdrivers, glue, and tape. Screwdrivers are used to tighten screws, Phillips screwdrivers are for Phillips screws, glue can increase the tightness of part connections, and tape is used to fix the bottom of the chair.
• Count the parts: Usually, it includes 5 casters, one pressure lift rod, one five-star base, one control lift mechanism tray, and one seat. Counting clearly ensures a smooth installation process and avoids interruptions due to missing parts.

Installation Steps

• Place tools: Put the prepared tools next to the workstation where the installation is needed, making it convenient to pick them up at any time during the installation process and improving installation efficiency.
• Fix the handles: According to the installation manual, fix the chair handles properly. If necessary, use glue to increase the tightness of the handle installation to ensure the handles are firm and not loose.
• Connect the seat and legs: Use screws to fix the seat between the two chair legs, making the seat and legs firmly connected and able to bear the weight of the human body.
• Fix the armrests: Fix the armrests to the chair legs with screws, ensuring the armrests are in the correct position for the user to place their arms.
• Fix the backrest: Fix the back of the chair to the chair legs, ensuring a firm connection between the backrest and the legs to provide stable support.
• Install the tray: Turn the chair over, first remove the screws under the seat cushion, and then install the tray on the bottom of the seat cushion to prepare for the subsequent installation of the pressure lift rod and the seat.
• Install the casters: Install the five casters on the five feet of the five-star base respectively. Just snap them on, and make sure they are firmly in place after snapping to ensure the chair can move flexibly.
• Connect the pressure lift rod: Place the five-star base upright on the ground, connect the thicker end with a hole of the pressure lift rod to the five-star base, and then install the seat on the tray onto the pressure lift rod to achieve the chair's lifting function.
• Fix the bottom: Use tape to fix the bottom of the chair to prevent the bottom parts from loosening or falling off.

Inspection

• Check the installation: Carefully inspect the installation of the chair to see if there are any loopholes or unsafe places, such as whether the screws are tightened and whether the part connections are firm. Make corrections in a timely manner after the installation is completed.
• Test the functions: Try sitting on the chair and hold the handle of the control lift mechanism tray with your hand to see if it works properly, ensuring that the chair's lifting and moving functions are normal.
