In terms of design and development, the O2 Bubble Chair is jointly developed by designers from Spain (or Australia) and China, drawing inspiration from mountain bike structures and emphasizing the integration of lightweight and eco-friendly concepts. This cross-cultural collaboration not only gives the product a unique visual language but also achieves a balance between functionality and aesthetics through engineering optimization. For example, the lightweight frame design of the mountain bike structure is transformed into the chair's skeleton, reducing the overall weight while ensuring strength. The entire chair weighs only 13 kilograms, making it easy to move or adjust positions, especially suitable for users in small living spaces or those who need to frequently change their office environments.
Regarding support technology, its core innovation lies in the collaborative work of the 3D bubble cushion and the adjustable lumbar support. The cushion is equipped with 128 independent airbags that use pressure-sensing technology to analyze sitting posture distribution in real-time and dynamically adjust the softness and hardness of each area. For example, when a user leans forward while working, the airbags in the front part of the cushion harden to provide support; when leaning back to rest, the airbags in the back part soften to fit the body's curves. The adjustable lumbar support, through its bionic wrapping design, provides precise support for the key lumbar L3-L5 regions, reducing muscle fatigue caused by prolonged sitting.
