Brand Office Chair Installation

The installation methods for office chairs from different brands vary. Below are the installation steps for the TOAI E1, Sihoo Ergonomic Chair, and Livorno E300D office chairs:

TOAI E1 Office Chair

1. Install the wheels and gas lift: Press the wheels firmly into the chair legs to ensure they are securely installed; then place the gas lift into the hole in the center of the chair.
2. Connect the seat and backrest: Take out the seat and backrest, connect them, and use three M8 screws to fix the backrest. Tighten the screws to ensure the backrest is stable.
3. Install the armrests: First, connect one armrest to the seat, flip the chair seat over, and then secure the other armrest.
4. Install the footrest: Take the footrest and insert it into the hole beneath the seat.
5. Overall assembly: Align the gas lift with the base, insert it into the gas lift, and finally insert the headrest into the backrest.

Sihoo Ergonomic Chair

1. Understand the components: First, be clear that the chair consists of chair legs, casters, a base, a seat, a gas rod, a backrest, armrests, a headrest, etc.
2. Install from the bottom up: Start with the chair legs, install the casters one by one onto the chair legs; after installing the chair legs, place the gas rod vertically into the center of the chair legs; use screws to fix the base onto the seat; after the seat is installed, connect the backrest and the seat; insert the base vertically onto the gas rod; finally, install the armrests and headrest.

Livorno E300D Office Chair

1. Pre-installation check: Before installation, check if there are any scratches on the chair's leather surface and ensure that all installation accessories are complete.
2. Install the five-star base and wheels: Take the universal wheels, align them with the holes in the five-star base, press to install, and install all five wheels in sequence.
3. Install the gas rod: Place the gas rod into the center hole of the five-star base.
4. Install the base: Insert the gas rod into the center hole of the base, and then flip the base upright.
5. Install the backrest: Insert the backrest obliquely into the pin on the base.
6. Install the armrests: Align the upper and lower armrests with the holes and press them in. Tighten the screws on both sides to complete the installation of one armrest.
7. Connect the wires: Connect the backrest, functional wires, and power wires in sequence, a total of four wires. Finally, check if the wire connections are intact.
