Boss Office Chair Adjustment
The adjustment of a boss office chair mainly includes reclining, height adjustment, and special function adjustments, with the specific methods as follows:

Reclining Adjustment:
First, locate the adjuster under the chair, which is usually a lever or knob structure. Pull the adjuster upwards while applying force to your back to gradually adjust the tilt of the backrest. Once you reach the desired angle, release the adjuster to lock it in place. Some chairs have more refined designs: the left lever controls the reclining force. Pull the lever upwards to lean back, find a comfortable angle, and then press down to lock it. High-end models may be equipped with a knob to adjust the reclining tensionโthose with a heavier build need to tighten it to increase resistance, while it can be loosened for relaxation during lunch breaks to reduce resistance.
Height Adjustment:
Chairs with a conventional base control the height through a handle or adjuster: after sitting on the chair, gently pull or rotate the adjuster according to your needs to raise or lower the chair. Chairs with a cable-controlled base are adjusted precisely through a cable-controlled switch: if the cable is loose, broken, or detached, check its statusโadjust the nut position if it's loose, replace the cable if it's broken, and reattach the terminal if it's detached. Some chairs have a right lever for height adjustment: while sitting, gently pull the lever upwards to raise the chair and press it down to lower it. Keep your hips on the seat during adjustment and use your body weight to assist. The optimal height is when your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle and your feet are flat on the ground.
Special Function Adjustment:
For chairs with unique designs (such as those with a single-handle control or reclining models), first locate the hidden buttons or adjusting gas cylinders. For example, if the backrest of a reclining chair cannot be adjusted, first check the status of the cable-controlled switch and the gas cylinder: confirm whether the cable is loose or broken and whether the gas cylinder is stuck or leaking. Replace the parts if necessary. Some chairs achieve multi-angle locking through fine-tuning of the gas cylinder. Apply force slowly during operation to avoid sudden force that may damage the structure. It is recommended to read the instruction manual before adjustment to ensure the operation complies with the design logic.
Precautions:
Maintain body balance during adjustment to avoid tipping the chair due to excessive force; regularly check the tightness of the adjusting components (such as the gas cylinder and cable control) and repair them promptly if any looseness or abnormal noise is detected; if the chair is equipped with lumbar support or a headrest, adjust them simultaneously to fit your body curves and enhance comfort.
