The fixation steps for boss chairs/office chairs are usually divided into the following stages, which should be carried out in order and with attention to details:

1. Fixation of the Five-Star Base and Wheels
   Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-claw (five-star base) one by one, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and free of looseness. This step is the foundation for the chair's mobility function, and it is necessary to check whether the wheels rotate flexibly.

2. Installation of the Pneumatic Rod
   Place the thicker end of the pneumatic rod vertically against the center hole of the five-claw base, ensuring a tight connection between the pneumatic rod and the five-star base. The pneumatic rod is the core component for adjusting the chair's height, and care should be taken to avoid tilting or excessive force during installation to prevent damage.

3. Fixation of the Base and Seat Cushion

   • Place the base on the bottom of the seat cushion, align the four screw holes, and then screw in the four B screws one by one. Operation Tips: First, screw in 3-4 turns to initially fix the base, and then tighten them one by one until they are fully flush to prevent the seat cushion from tilting due to uneven force.
   • For some models, additional fixation of the armrests and the frame is required: Connect the armrests to the frame with No. 3 screws, or fix the armrests on one side with three screws (refer to the instruction manual for details).

4. Fixation of the Backrest

   • Bottom Fixation: Insert the two sides of the bottom of the backrest into the armrest installation positions on the seat cushion, and fix the bottom of the backrest with two C screws from the bottom of the armrest brackets, ensuring that the backrest is perpendicular to the seat cushion.
   • Rear Reinforcement: Align the installation holes on the back of the backrest and the seat cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to lock and fix them with D screws (i.e., hold the nut with one hand and tighten the screw with the other hand) to prevent the backrest from loosening or wobbling.

5. Fixation of the Armrests
   Press the button below the armrest surface, align the left and right armrests with the bracket holes and insert them. A clicking sound indicates that the buckles are in place. Some models require further reinforcement with screws, so refer to the specific instruction manual.

6. Fixation of the Headrest
   Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, and tighten it with two E screws through the fixing buckles, ensuring that the headrest is adjustable but free of looseness.
