Atlas Office Chair

The Atlas Office Chair is a high-efficiency ergonomic chair launched by Secretlab, specifically designed for all-day focus and productivity. It combines the characteristics of gaming chairs and office chairs and comes in two series: Standard and Premium.

Functional Design Features

The core functionality of the Atlas Office Chair revolves around seamless switching between 'Focus Mode' and 'Rest Mode'. Its synchronized recline system allows users to adjust their sitting posture according to their needs: providing stable support during focused work and enabling a comfortable recline angle for rest. The 4-level recline resistance adjustment feature is a technical highlight of this chair. Users can visually check the current resistance level through the Tilt Force recline resistance indicator and precisely adjust the recline damping according to their body weight, avoiding discomfort caused by excessive or insufficient resistance. This design meets the needs of long hours of office work while also ensuring comfort during short breaks.

In terms of support structure, the Atlas Office Chair integrates wing support into its seat cushion and backrest. Unlike the exaggerated styling of traditional gaming chairs, its design leans more towards understated practicality. The backrest adopts a wrap-around design that conforms to the curves of the human back, distributing pressure evenly. Although the seat cushion is slim, its hidden frame design reduces overall weight while ensuring softness and support. This balance makes it suitable for both office settings and mild gaming needs.

Version Differences and Materials

The Atlas Office Chair comes in two series: Standard and Premium, with the main differences lying in materials and accessories. The Premium series, starting at $699, incorporates Secretlab's NanoGen Hybrid Leatherette (a hybrid leather material) and dual-composite foam in the seat, providing enhanced softness right out of the box and resistance to deformation over long-term use. Additionally, the hardware in this series features a full-color matching design, giving it a more refined overall appearance. The Standard version, starting at $499, has relatively basic materials and accessories but retains core features such as the recline system and wing support, consistent with the Premium series, making it suitable for users on a budget who still seek an ergonomic experience.

Suitable Scenarios and Positioning

The Atlas Office Chair is positioned between gaming chairs and office chairs, retaining the support and comfort of gaming chairs while avoiding an overly flashy appearance through its minimalist design. Its lightweight frame and hidden structure make it more suitable for modern office environments, while the synchronized recline system and multi-level resistance adjustment cater to the needs of professionals such as programmers and designers who require prolonged focus.
