The assembly tutorials for different models of office chairs are as follows:

TOAI E1 Office Chair:

1. Install Wheels and Gas Cylinder: Insert the five wheels into the five holes on the chair base respectively, ensuring they are fully embedded and secure. Insert the gas cylinder vertically into the central hole of the chair base, ensuring the bottom of the gas cylinder fits tightly against the base.
2. Connect Seat and Backrest: Take out the seat and backrest. Align the connecting part of the backrest with the corresponding interface on the seat. Secure the backrest with three M8 screws and tighten them with a tool to ensure a stable connection.
3. Install Armrests and Footrest: Align the connecting hole of one armrest with that on the seat and secure it with screws. Flip the chair seat to the front and fix the other armrest. Insert the footrest into the dedicated hole under the seat, ensuring it can extend and retract freely.
4. Assemble Gas Cylinder and Base Plate: Align the top of the gas cylinder with the central hole of the base plate, slowly insert it and adjust the angle. Finally, insert the headrest into the reserved hole at the top of the backrest to complete the assembly.

526 Office Chair:

1. Install Chair Base and Gas Rod: Insert the five casters vertically into the five holes on the chair base one by one, ensuring they are properly installed. Insert the gas rod vertically into the central hole of the chair base and keep it upright.
2. Secure Armrests and Backrest: Use four M625mm screws to fix the connecting part of the armrests and backrest, ensuring the screws are tightened and secure. Use four M630mm screws to connect the armrests and seat, paying attention to matching the screw length with the depth of the holes.
3. Reinforce Armrest Brackets: Use two M825mm screws to connect the armrest brackets and armrests. After installation, cover the screw holes with decorative caps. Use two M625mm screws to fix the headrest at the top of the backrest and adjust the headrest angle to a comfortable position.

• When installing the gas cylinder, keep it vertical to prevent abnormal gas pressure function due to tilting.
• All screws should be tightened until there is no looseness to ensure the chair structure is stable.
• After assembly, gently shake the chair to check if the connections of all components are secure.
