Assembly Office Chair
The assembly of an office chair generally follows the steps below, but there may be differences depending on the model, so it is necessary to refer to the product manual for operation:

Install the Backrest
First, place the office chair backrest in an appropriate position and locate the screw holes at the connection point between the backrest and the seat cushion. Use your hands to initially turn the matching screws smoothly to ensure they can enter the holes easily. Do not fully tighten them at this stage to allow for subsequent position adjustments. Then, use appropriate tools, such as a screwdriver or wrench, to gradually tighten the screws, securing the backrest and seat cushion in place initially. During the tightening process, pay attention to observing whether the backrest is perpendicular to ensure accurate installation.
Install the Components at the Bottom of the Seat Cushion
Next, install the two screws at the bottom of the seat cushion. These screws are usually used to further reinforce the connection between the seat cushion and the backrest or to connect other bottom structures. Similarly, use your hands to turn the screws smoothly for initial positioning, and then tighten them with tools. After completing this step, place the chair on its side. This provides stable support for the subsequent installation of other components and prevents the chair from wobbling, which could affect the installation effect.
Install the Armrest Frames
Align the armrest frames with the holes on the backrest and press them firmly against the backrest with your hands to ensure a tight fit with no gaps. Then, locate the screw holes at the connection points between the armrest frames and the backrest, place the screws into the holes, and initially turn them by hand to allow them to enter smoothly and be temporarily fixed. Once the positions of the armrest frames are adjusted properly, use tools to tighten the screws, firmly attaching the armrest frames to the backrest.
Install the Footrest Frame
Place the footrest frame in an appropriate position at the bottom of the chair and initially turn all the screws on the footrest frame by hand to establish a preliminary connection between the footrest frame and the main body of the chair. Then, use tools to tighten the screws one by one to ensure the footrest frame is securely installed. After tightening the screws, install the foot glides and end caps. The foot glides can increase the friction between the chair and the ground to prevent sliding, while the end caps serve an aesthetic purpose and protect the screws. When tapping on the foot glides and end caps, you can use your foot to hold the chair in place to prevent it from moving.
