Assembly of Simple Office Chair

Refer to the following steps for assembling a simple office chair:

Step 1: Install the Chair Wheels and Gas Lift Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded. Flip the five-star base so that the wheels face downward, and align the thicker end of the gas lift with the center hole of the base, pressing it in vertically to ensure a secure connection. Pay attention to the direction of the gas lift; the thicker end is the bottom, and the thinner end is the top.

Step 2: Secure the Base Plate to the Seat Cushion Place the base plate on the bottom of the seat cushion, noting the orientation of the base plate (usually marked or with grooves corresponding to the seat cushion structure). Align the four screw holes, and use a screwdriver to screw in each of the four screws 3-4 turns initially to position the base plate and seat cushion roughly, then tighten each screw completely. Avoid over-tightening the screws to prevent stripping.

Step 3: Connect the Seat Cushion to the Gas Lift Align the bottom of the assembled seat cushion with the top of the gas lift, and insert it vertically downward until the base plate hole fully encompasses the gas lift. Keep the seat cushion level during insertion to avoid tilting, which could damage the gas lift or result in an unstable connection.

Step 4: Install the Backrest and Armrests Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the armrest installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion. First, insert the bottom of the backrest, and use two screws to secure it from the bottom of the armrest brackets through the holes. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with the corresponding holes on the seat cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to tighten the screws (one hand holds the nut, and the other rotates the screw) to complete the rigid connection between the backrest and the seat cushion.

Step 5: Assemble the Armrests and Headrest Press the elastic button below the armrest surface, and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. A 'click' sound indicates proper installation. Place the headrest vertically in the middle of the top of the backrest, press the headrest installation area to make it fit with the backrest, and use two screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips and the backrest connection holes, tightening the screws to complete the fixation.

Installation Tips for Special Models:

• Deli Office Chair: When installing the ball bearings, press the internal structure into the slot. When installing the seat, place the seat cushion first, insert the screws from the bottom, then cover the upper structure, paying attention to the direction of the indicator arrow.
• Simplified Installation: For some models, you can first install the five wheels, insert the gas lift, place the base plate directly on the bottom of the seat cushion, and secure it to the base with four long screws. Finally, connect the backrest to the seat cushion using corner brackets.

Precautions:

• Check that all accessories are complete before installation to avoid shortages during the process.
• Tighten the screws with moderate force to avoid damaging plastic parts or stripping.
• After installing the gas lift, test the lifting function to ensure there is no jamming or air leakage.
