Assembly of Office Chair Armrests
The assembly steps for different types of office chair armrests are as follows:

Wo9 Computer Chair:
Before assembly, confirm the completeness of the components, including 6 slender screws and a matching wrench. Position the armrests preliminarily into the mounting holes on both sides of the seat cushion, ensuring that the direction of the armrests matches the design of the cushion (usually, the inner side of the armrests faces the center of the seat). Insert the screws one by one through the corresponding holes in the armrests and cushion, keeping the screws inserted vertically to avoid slipping. Tighten the screws in a diagonal sequence using a wrench, that is, tighten the two diagonal screws first, then handle the remaining screws. This method ensures even force distribution on the armrests and prevents local looseness. Control the force during tightening to prevent over-insertion of the screws, which could lead to stripped threads or damage to the cushion surface.
Chair NB219 Flip Armrests:
Before assembly, distinguish between the left and right armrests, which are usually marked with โLโ (left) and โRโ (right) on the surface or bottom of the armrests. Align the left armrest with the left hole on the cushion and the right armrest with the right hole, ensuring that the flip mechanism (such as adjustable joints) faces the correct direction. Insert a 2.5-centimeter hex socket screw into the hole and manually rotate the screw to a preliminary fixed position to avoid misalignment. Then, use a hex wrench to tighten the screws one by one in a clockwise direction, applying moderate force until the screw heads are flush with the surface of the armrests. If the armrests need to be flipped and adjusted, test the flip function after assembly to ensure smooth operation without jamming or unusual noises.
Reclining Office Chair (4D Armrests):
4D armrests support multi-dimensional adjustment, so pay special attention to the directional markings during assembly. Align the left armrest (marked โLโ) and the right armrest (marked โRโ) with the holes on both sides of the cushion, ensuring that the adjustment buttons or knobs on the armrests face outward for easy operation. Insert the matching screws (usually cross-recessed screws) through the holes and temporarily fix the two diagonal screws first, checking the parallelism and perpendicularity of the armrests to the cushion. After confirming the correct position, use a screwdriver to tighten all the screws in a clockwise direction with even force to avoid local over-tightening that could deform the armrests. After assembly, test the adjustment functions of the armrests in all dimensions (up and down, front and back, left and right, and rotation) to ensure smooth movement without looseness.
General Precautions:
It is recommended to wear gloves before assembly to prevent scratches. If the screw holes do not align, do not force the screws in; instead, readjust the position of the armrests. After all screws are tightened, it is advisable to check the stability of the armrests again by gently shaking them to confirm there is no wobbling. If any components are found to be missing or damaged during assembly, contact after-sales service promptly for replacement.
