Anji Office Chair Installation
The installation of Anji office chairs can refer to the following steps, taking Anji Shiyi foreign trade office chairs as an example:

Step 1: Check the completeness of accessories
Place all the parts from the packaging on a flat table and initially observe if there are any obvious missing items. Then, compare them with the instruction manual or parts list to check each key component such as screws, T-bars, backrests, seat cushions, wheels, and gas lift cylinders one by one. If any parts are found to be missing, contact the merchant immediately for a replacement to avoid installation interruptions due to incomplete parts.
Step 2: Organize screws and tools
Classify the screws according to their specifications (such as length and diameter) and place them in easily accessible locations. Some office chairs may come with special tools (such as Allen wrenches), so confirm in advance that all tools are available. If the screw specifications are similar, it is recommended to label their uses (such as fixing the backrest or connecting the seat cushion) to prevent confusion during installation.
Step 3: Install the backrest and T-bar
Turn the backrest over with the back facing up and locate the preset installation holes for the T-bar. Note that the small pit on the T-bar should be placed facing upwards, as this design is usually used to fix other components or adjust the angle. Insert the T-bar into the holes and temporarily fix it with the corresponding screws, but do not tighten them completely yet for subsequent position adjustments.
Step 4: Assemble the seat cushion and gas lift cylinder
Insert the gas lift cylinder vertically into the center hole at the bottom of the seat cushion, ensuring it is fully embedded and does not wobble. If the gas lift cylinder has an adjustment handle, confirm that the handle is facing outwards for easy use. Avoid applying excessive force when pressing the gas lift cylinder during installation to prevent damage to internal parts.
Step 5: Connect the backrest and seat cushion
Align the connecting parts of the backrest and seat cushion and fix them with screws. At this time, adjust the backrest angle to a comfortable position and then fully tighten the screws. If the backrest supports multiple adjustment levels, test the flexibility of each level to ensure there is no jamming or abnormal noise.
Step 6: Install the wheels and base
Insert the wheels one by one into the five-star foot holes of the base until you hear a 'click' sound, indicating that they are properly installed. After installation, push the chair to test if the wheels rotate smoothly. If the wheels are stuck, check if they are inserted too deeply or if there are foreign objects in the holes.
Step 7: Final inspection and adjustment
Sit on the chair and test if the lifting function of the gas lift cylinder is normal, if the backrest adjustment is flexible, and if the wheels rotate smoothly. If any screws are loose or there are abnormal noises from the components, retighten or adjust them to ensure a secure installation.
Precautions:
- Avoid using power tools during installation to prevent screw slippage or component damage.
- If the instruction manual does not match the actual components, prioritize the physical structure or contact the merchant for confirmation.
- Keep children away from the installation area to prevent accidental ingestion of small parts.
