Adjustable Height Office Chair Guide
You can adjust the height of an office chair by following these steps:

First, locate the hand control device. If you are already seated in the chair, you can adjust the height by pulling up the corresponding control lever. Different models of office chairs have varying control methods. Some chairs use a lever; for example, in many common models, pulling up the lever allows you to adjust the height. Other models may use a knob; for instance, some uniquely designed office chairs change the seat height by turning the knob. If you are unsure which lever controls the height, you can read the chair's instruction manual, which will detail the functions and operating methods of each control component. Alternatively, you can try pulling up each lever one by one until you find the one that controls the height. Take the C100 Premium Edition office chair as an example; pulling the metal handle underneath it forward adjusts the seat height.
Next, adjust the seat height to a comfortable position. After finding the correct control device, operate it gently, moving the chair only a few inches (or centimeters) at a time to avoid difficulty in finding the most comfortable position due to excessive adjustment. During movement, pay attention to your own feelings. When the seat height feels appropriate and your body is in a comfortable state, return the lever to its original position. For some models of seats, the operating method may differ; you may need to pull up the lever to raise the seat and press it down to lower it. Some pneumatic model seats allow you to pump the lever, that is, repeatedly push the lever up and down to raise and lower the seat.
Finally, adjust from a standing position for assistance. If you still cannot adjust the seat to the desired position using the above methods, try adjusting from a standing position. Stand beside the chair and adjust the seat height until the front of the chair is just below your knees. At this point, you should be able to sit comfortably in the chair with your feet flat on the ground. This adjustment method ensures that the seat height matches your leg length, allowing your body to maintain a natural physiological curve in a seated position and reducing physical fatigue.
