Acupoint Office Chair
Currently, there is no specific product directly named 'acupoint office chair'. However, some office massage chairs can achieve functions similar to acupoint pressing through technological design, and acupoint pressing can also be assisted using ordinary office chairs through traditional Chinese medicine methods.

Some office massage chairs have functions similar to acupoint pressing. For example, the Westinghouse split massage chairs S180/S150 adopt a modular design, enabling precise pressing on fatigued areas such as the shoulders, neck, and lower back. Their three-level width adjustment (165mm/120mm/90mm) can accommodate different muscle groups, providing deep kneading on key areas such as both sides of the spine and the origin and insertion points of the deep erector spinae muscles, indirectly covering some acupoint regions. The 16-head massage chair uses a multi-point synchronous force application technology to directly target the sore spots on the shoulders, neck, and lower back. Combined with a human-hand-like massage mode, it achieves deep relaxation and can also stimulate acupoints to a certain extent.
If you want to assist acupoint pressing using an ordinary office chair, you can refer to traditional Chinese medicine methods. Take the Tianshu acupoint as an example. This acupoint is located on the abdomen. To locate it, sit upright and use your index and middle fingers together to measure a distance of three finger-widths from the side of the umbilicus. After finding the acupoint, use a vertical pressing technique, pressing 15 - 20 times per minute for 5 - 10 minutes, which helps relieve constipation. Another example is pressing the Neiguan acupoint, which can alleviate motion sickness, nausea, and other discomforts. The Neiguan acupoint is located on the anterior aspect of the forearm, on the line connecting Quze and Daling, 2 cun above the transverse wrist crease, between the palmaris longus tendon and the radial flexor carpi tendon. After finding the acupoint, press it with your thumb, applying a force that causes a slight soreness. Press for 3 - 5 minutes each time.
However, when using a massage chair or performing acupoint pressing, note that the intensity and duration of the massage chair should be moderate to avoid excessive stimulation and potential physical harm. When performing acupoint pressing, accurately locate the acupoint, master the correct pressing technique and intensity. If discomfort occurs after pressing or the symptoms are not relieved, seek medical attention promptly.
