Activity Office Chair Installation
The installation steps for an activity office chair are as follows:

I. Prepare Components
Before installation, ensure that all parts and components are complete, including chair legs, casters, gas lift cylinders, bases, seats, backrests, armrests, headrests, and matching screws. If any parts are missing or the screw specifications do not match, it may lead to installation failure or an unstable structure. Check the list in advance.
II. Install Casters and Chair Legs
Vertically insert the casters into the assembly holes of the five-pronged chair legs, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and not loose. Pay attention to keeping the wheel directions consistent in this step to avoid obstruction of chair movement after installation.
III. Install the Gas Lift Cylinder
Align the thicker end of the gas lift cylinder with the center hole of the chair leg, place it vertically, and gently press it until it is fully inserted. The gas lift cylinder is the core component for adjusting the chair's height. Ensure it is installed upright; otherwise, it may affect the height adjustment function or cause the chair to tilt.
IV. Secure the Base and Seat
Place the base on the bottom of the seat, align the screw holes, and fix them with screws. The base usually connects the gas lift cylinder and the seat. Ensure that the screws are tightened to avoid any abnormal noise or looseness during use.
V. Connect the Seat and Gas Lift Cylinder
Align the hole at the bottom of the seat with the top of the gas lift cylinder and insert it vertically until the base is fully in contact with the gas lift cylinder. In this step, check whether the gas lift cylinder is fully embedded; otherwise, it may affect the stability of height adjustment.
VI. Install the Backrest
- Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the installation slots on both sides of the seat, insert them vertically, and gently press until they are fully in contact.
- Fix the bottom of the backrest with screws from the bottom of the armrest brackets, ensuring that the screws are tightened.
- Align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those on the seat brackets and fix them with locking screws to enhance structural stability.
VII. Install Armrests
Insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively, adjust them to the appropriate height, and fix them with screws. The armrests should be level with the backrest and the seat to avoid unevenness that may affect comfort during use.
VIII. Install the Headrest
Place the headrest in the middle at the top of the backrest, press the installation part of the headrest to make it fit the backrest, and finally fix it with screws. The height of the headrest should be adjusted according to the user's needs to ensure neck support.
IX. Install Other Components
- If a footrest needs to be installed, first fix the footrest rod and the footrest pad, insert them into the footrest frame, and then block the small hole at the end of the footrest rod with a screw to prevent sliding.
- For the 9-point massage model, plug in the power massage cable and test whether the massage function works properly.
X. Check and Adjust
After installation is complete, check whether the screws of all components are tightened to ensure that the chair is not loose or making any abnormal noise. Test whether functions such as height adjustment, rotation, and reclining work properly. If any problems are found, readjust or reinforce the components.
