806 Office Chair Installation
The installation steps for the 806 office chair (AutoFull AF806) are as follows:

Base and Armrest Foundation Installation
First, place the five-claw base upside down on a flat floor. Insert the five swivel casters into the base holes one by one, ensuring they are fully seated before flipping the base over. Insert the thick end of the gas lift into the central three-section sleeve and five-claw hole of the base to form a stable support structure. Next, handle the seat cushion: remove all pre-installed screws from the seat cushion, take out the base plate, and observe the markings underneath (such as โFRONTโ or directional arrows). Align the base plate with the seat cushion holes, insert four special screws, and use a wrench to tighten them in a diagonal sequence to prevent uneven stress and loosening.Armrest Assembly
Distinguish between the left and right armrests (usually marked with โL/Rโ on the inner side of the armrest surface). Align the mounting holes of the armrest handles with those of the armrest surfaces, insert two M6 screws, and tighten them. Align the assembled left and right armrests with the holes on both sides of the seat cushion, insert the screws, and secure them loosely for subsequent angle adjustments.Gas Lift and Seat Cushion Connection
Align the seat cushion part, which already has the base plate and armrests installed, with the top of the gas lift. Press down slowly to fully insert the gas lift into the base plate interface. A โclickโ sound indicates proper installation. Gently shake the seat cushion to test the connection stability. If there is any wobbling, recheck the insertion depth of the gas lift.Backrest Installation
Remove the four pre-installed protective screws from the backrest. Align the bottom of the backrest with the upper and lower holes of the recliners (note that the left and right markings on the recliners' outer shells must match the direction of the backrest). Insert two M8 screws and tighten them. After installing the recliners on both sides, align the outer shells with the holes, insert the fixing screws, and tighten them with a wrench to ensure a firm connection between the recliners and the backrest.Headrest Installation
Align the elastic clips of the headrest with the slots on the upper part of the backrest. Press firmly until the headrest is fully embedded. Test whether the up-and-down sliding function works properly.
Precautions:
- Before installation, count all the accessories (such as screw specifications and quantities) to avoid omissions.
- Control the force when using a wrench to prevent slipping or damaging the threads.
- After installation, check that all screws are tightened and test whether the chair's lifting, reclining, and rotating functions work properly.
