732 Office Chair

Admin October 08, 2026

The equipment mainly related to the '732 office chair' consists of two types of devices for testing office chair performance, namely the TST-F732 Office Furniture Stability Tester and the Haida Instrument HD-F732 Office Chair Wheel Wear Tester.

TST-F732 Office Furniture Stability Tester: This is a testing device specifically designed for office chairs with casters or chair wheels. During the use of office chairs, the casters and chair frames need to withstand the fatigue stress and wear caused by the chair's forward and backward movement. The main function of this tester is to evaluate the durability and stability of these components. By simulating the actual movement of office chairs during use, the tester can apply corresponding pressure and wear to the casters and chair frames, thereby detecting whether they can remain stable and reliable during long-term use. This is of great significance for ensuring the quality and safety of office chairs and helps manufacturers promptly identify and address product issues.

Haida Instrument HD-F732 Office Chair Wheel Wear Tester: This device is also suitable for furniture products such as wheeled office chairs, but its testing focus is on the fatigue testing of the forward and backward movement of the office chair wheels and base. In the use of office chairs, the wear resistance of the wheels directly affects the service life and user experience of the chairs. This tester, controlled by PLC and displayed on a touch screen, can precisely set testing parameters such as seat height, loaded weights, testing speed, and number of tests. Among them, the measurable seat height range is 260-400mm, there are two options for loaded weights: 122kg (BIFMA load) and 113kg (QB/T load), the testing speed is 10ยฑ2 cycles per minute, and the number of tests can be set from 1 to 999,999. Through these tests, manufacturers can understand the wear resistance of office chair casters and make targeted improvements to product quality, thereby enhancing the product's market competitiveness.
